Passive houses

Temperature is regulated:
in winter they are always warm and do not overheat in summer.

Traditional private houses in Latvia consume on average 100-150 kWh / m² of heat per year. Architects point out that this is based not on the size of the house but on how rationally the house is planned and how large the family lives there, because people are also a source of heat. The heat energy consumption for heating or cooling in passive buildings after the standard set in Germany does not exceed 15 kWh / m² per year.
Passive house is a building with minimal heat loss, energy consumption is very low and comfort in the house is provided all year round.
